Congressman-elect Anthony Brindisi announced that Sarah F. Bormann has been appointed district director for New York’s 22nd Congressional District.Starting Jan. 3, Bormann will be in charge of district offices, community relations, and constituent services for Brindisi.
“Sarah brings the depth of knowledge and experience to ensure that constituents of the 22nd district get the assistance and answers they need in a timely manner when they contact the district office,” Brindisi said. “Before she spent three years as constituent services director with my state Assembly office, she worked helping area residents in the offices of former Congressmen Sherwood Boehlert, Michael Arcuri and Richard Hanna, so she truly understands the federal issues that impact residents throughout the region. She will guide an experienced and knowledgeable staff with the ability to provide outstanding service to residents of NY-22.”
“I am honored that Anthony has chosen me to be District Director for NY-22 and I’m excited to put the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the past eighteen years to work for residents of the district,” Bormann said. “I’ve been fortunate to have been mentored by four outstanding public servants through the years, and I am very grateful to be able to continue giving back by helping constituents of the region.”
Sarah sounds like she will be a big help to us in CD NY 22. She has had great mentors, like she mentioned, and great experience. Thank you, Anthony and Welcome, Sarah!
